Cabin Policies

• There will be a $50.00 cleaning charge refundable at the end of your stay, providing the cabin is left the way you find it.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Absolutely No Check-ins after 9:00 PM
• No smoking inside of cabins. No pets allowed.

• Cabin use is limited to those guests registered to the cabin, not for use by family or friends staying elsewhere in the campground.
• Visitor hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:45 PM only. No over-night visitors
• You may have a maximum of 2 day visitors.
• Cabins must be left clean and undamaged.
• Garbage and recyclables must be placed in dumpsters, located throughout the park.

• Each cabin is allowed 2 cars, additional cars are charged $5.00 per night and must park in overflow parking.
• Key shall be returned to the office upon departure.
• A credit card is required for a security deposit on all rentals.
• Cabins are available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend only.
• Cabins have full kitchen, bathroom with shower, regular beds with pillows and a futon in living area. You supply your own linens (i.e., sheets, blankets, towels, sleeping bags, etc.).
• No Air conditioning allowed in cabins.
• No tents allowed on cabin sites.
• Those renting monthly and seasonally will be responsible for electric usage.
• Cabin rentals by the season or by the month must be requested by February 28th; otherwise, we will start accepting reservations for weekend or weekly cabin reservation requests as of March 1st.

Deposit Policy

• We accept MasterCard, Visa.
• Reservations paid by credit card must pay in full at time of booking.
• Deposit of 50% down is required to confirm reservations. Full payment is required for all reservations on weekends, holidays and any reservation of 3 days or less.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• There are no refunds given on cancellations. We may give a credit if cancellation takes place at least 21 days before time of arrival.
• There will be no refunds or credits given for holiday cancellations.

• No refunds due to inclement weather.

Rates based upon an immediate family of 2 adults and 3 children.
For all rates, a child is considered 17 years and under.
Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM
Absolutely No Check-ins after 9:00 PM
Early check-in is 9:00 AM. Late check-out is 4:00 PM (based on availability.)
Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum.
The cost for day visitors is $7.00 each, children 5 and under are free.
Visiting hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS VISITORS MAY NOT BRING ANY PETS INTO THE CAMPGROUND.
Only one vehicle is allowed at any site.
Only one gate key will be issued per site.
Extra vehicles will be charged $5.00 each and must park in a designated area.
A maximum of 2 extra vehicles will be allowed per site.
No overnight visitors.
We do not allow pit bull or pit bull mix dogs in the campground, and if your pet displays aggressive behavior or is disruptive to other guests, you will be asked to leave the grounds without a refund of fees paid.

We will try to accommodate your requests as best as we can but we reserve the right to move you if we deem it necessary.

Camp Waubeeka Family Campground is pleased to offer our guests this opportunity to make on-line reservation requests for both campsites and cabins. Please remember that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation can not be confirmed until your deposit has been processed and authorized. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. If you need to confirm your reservation immediately or would like to make a reservation for an arrival in less than 76 hours, please call us during normal business hours.

Please complete this entire form prior to pressing the "Submit" button. Items marked with an asterisk (*) indicate required fields. All sites are subject to availability. We will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours of our receipt of your reservation request. If space is not available for the dates requested, we will e-mail our regrets. If space is available, we will e-mail you a tentative confirmation, with a reference number and a link to a secure site where you will be asked to enter your credit card information to cover the necessary reservation deposit. For this reason, it is necessary for you to include a valid e-mail address with all reservation requests, and it will be your responsibility to check your e-mail in a timely manner. If you fail to submit your credit card information within 48 hours of the time when your tentative confirmation has been sent, your initial reservation request shall be considered null and void.
